We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges and returns are free. 

Items sold as part of our Sample Sale or Archive Sale  are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Dear Frances packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges of US$30 per item.

We are unable to refund any applicable taxes/duties and shipping fees paid on returned items.
